Know your Allergy Risk before going outside
Use an App to track pollen counts in your area, your symptoms, and more!
We recommend that our patients with seasonal or outdoor allergies download a pollen count alert app, so you can always know your risk before leaving the house. For example, Pollen.com offers a free smartphone app that provides daily and weekly weather and pollen forecasts, an option to track your symptoms and how you're feeling, and more. Keeping a diary of your symptoms in comparison to pollen counts will help you build awareness of your condition, and can help us provide better, more customized allergy treatment. Download the app by clicking the links below.
